We are an ACCA accredited firm, and act as reporting accountants for a number of clients, assisting with the preparation and presentation of a company’s annual financial statements.

We can also assist with preparing management accounts for clients, or providing ongoing support for early stage companies looking to maintain their own management accounts using online accounting packages.

We offer a complete personal tax compliance solution to our clients. 

From preparing annual Income Tax returns for our clients, through to preparing gift and inheritance tax returns for our client’s families, our Family Office is a one stop shop for our clients.

We also offer a tailored suite of corporate tax compliance services to our clients.

Our offering goes far beyond the annual Corporation Tax return.  We support our clients with IXBRL accounts, Country by Country reporting, R&D tax credit claims, RSS1 and employee share filings, VAT returns and more.

Whilst we cannot promise that Revenue will never enquire in to a clients’ tax affairs, we can promise that we will support our clients through any Revenue Enquiry, Audit or Investigation.

We support a number of clients with Payroll Bureau services; running weekly and monthly payrolls as required.

We offer an integrated and efficient service, delivering a seamless solution for our clients, particularly clients who do not have the headcount to justify an internal resource.

Finally, we support our clients with their company secretarial needs, in particular annual filings to the Companies Registration Office.
